This is a Great opportunity for a college leaver or office junior to get into the City for a varied busy role as Office Services Assistant/ Junior Clerk within a Boutique law firm near Farringdon/ Chancery Lane. You will be assisting the Office Manger helping to ensure the general office runs smoothly. Duties will include: • Sorting and delivering the morning post/DX • Photocopying, scanning, plus general administrative duties • Storage & archiving of legal documents, • Preparing meeting rooms, • Generally helping out where needed, covering reception & popping out to collect coffees or sandwiches for team meetings, • Some manual work including office moves, Ideally they would love to have someone with office experience, so please apply is you’re flexible and happy to get stuck in to a varied role in the City.
