An excellent City Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst and Desktop Support to provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and participate in projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for IT, with ideally 2 years helpdesk experience in legal or professional services. If you’re looking for the next step up in your career and you enjoy updating internal database, setting up mobile phone devices, liaising with contractors and happy to set up user accounts. Furthermore you will be upgrading new PCs, installing new hardware and software with additional project work. This is a varied busy role for an IT expert with excellent communication skills a great team player and excellent organisational skills.
