This brand-new EXCLUSIVE role is working for a superb medium size law firm offering 1st and 2nd line IT Help Desk Support to around 150 users, along with providing IT Training. The job title is IT Service Desk Analyst within a really friendly and sociable IT Department that has a superb reputation within the firm. You will need an excellent knowledge of MS Office and Windows 7 and a working knowledge of Device and E-Mail management, Networking and Remote Access, hopefully from within a law firm or other professional services environment.
