Are you an experienced PA looking to make the move into a Marketing environment An exciting opportunity for an events and marketing executive to make the move into a role that will offer great autonomy and is would be perfect for an individual looking for a role that will allow them to achieve a high level of impact within the firm. The role will work alongside the existing marketing team and you will manage the event process from briefing through to delivery and evaluation. You will also be exposed to the fuller marketing elements including - Managing on and off-line campaigns from inception. - Full cycle event support - Research venues for bespoke event briefs and general recommendation - Working alongside supporting agencies (where appropriate); - Cultivating new relationships and working with existing trusteed suppliers - Working alongside the business functions including front of house, business development, client dining - Create e-vites, compile invitation lists in firm database - Providing on-site and front of house assistance at client and internal events, alongside the wider Events team; - Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager ensure the pre-set budgets are vigorously adhered to and tracked; - Managing administrative aspects of the Firm’s debentures, including high profile venue and sporting associations. This includes managing invitations, ticket distribution, catering and travel requirements; - Assist with the production of event materials including: Seminar materials, slides, handouts and delegate packs; - Managing the use of exhibition stands - Updating and publishing any relevant in-house event calendars or announcements in a timely manner; - Providing on-site support for external client events such as corporate golf days, cycle days - Maintaining the hospitality, preferred suppliers, venue, private dining, preferential rates and meeting space database lists and communicating this effectively to the business; - Initiating relevant event campaigns using in house database; - Maintaining reference banks of good examples of on brand materials; - Providing support and guidance to key stakeholders; and - Implementing social media campaigns for events, where appropriate.
