Leading City law firm with just over 300 staff is keen to meet an HR Advisor to provide a full range of HR Generalist support by assisting the HR team from both a Strategic and operation perspective. It’s a generalist role that will include:- • Assisting the head of HR with shortlisting applications for the firms graduate recruitment scheme • Management of the firm’s various employee benefits and delegating various tasks to the HR assistant where appropriate • To manage the monthly payroll in partnership with the Finance Director; • To monitor staff absence and sickness and hold sickness absence meeting when required • To manage the firms Junior Secretarial scheme, creating relationships with local colleges and running assessment events. • To conduct exit interviews for staff and ensure feedback appropriate; is communicated as • To manage the company pension scheme administration; • To conduct exit interviews for staff and ensure feedback appropriate; • To advise manager and employee in Employee relation issues. • Alongside the IT department manage and maintain the Firms benefits portal; • Undertake project work for the department as required You will be joIning a dynamic and focussed and highly collaborative team. HR experience in law or other professional services needed and you ideally should be have, or be working towards CIPD Level 5. Excellent scope for development and career progression.
