Our client is growing and is looking to add to their HR team with a brand new HR Administrator role. You will be working directly with the HR Manager and will be exposed to all areas of HR. You will have a minimum six months HR experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment, have a strong working knowledge of HR best practice and have experience of administering payroll/benefits as well as possessing excellent organisational skills. Duties & Responsibilities •Liaise with agencies to coordinate and arrange interviews, manage diaries, maintain interview packs and track all applications received •Prepare contracts of employment and offer letters •Enter new hires on the firms HRIS •Maintain all next of kin details, requesting updates on a quarterly basis and making changes to the HRIS •Provide administrative support to the Disaster Recover process and procedures in place •Coordinate the Induction process, working with other business services teams to achieve this •Coordinate and track probation periods for all new joiners •Maintain holiday absence spreadsheet, sending quarterly updates to all staff on their remaining allowance •Track and record all leaves of absence including short term and long term sickness •Maintain record of anonymous diversity questionnaires received from potential candidates •Provide administrative support for all London training sessions i.e. attendance sheet, CPD etc. •Track all overtime requests received •Maintain database of all speculative CV’s received, sending appropriate responses •Provide administrative support for all trainee recruitment, seat rotation and end of seat probations etc. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing firm, make a role your own and start your career in legal with a fabulous manager who will mentor you throughout your career!
